• Dirty Filters
• Dripping Faucets
• Unnecessary Vending Machine Cooling & Lighting
• Cleaning at Night
• Dirty Windows and Skylights
• Not Optimizing Equipment Startup Time & Sequencing
• Thermostat mounted in wrong locations
• Exhaust Fans that run all the time
• Covering up vents, grilles etc
