CMMS (or) CAFM (or) IWMS (or) EAM?

Make the right choice!!

You might want to deploy the best of the best and the most sophisticated tool in order to manage your facilities. So you might opt for an expensive EAM as you can afford it or you might seek for a sophisticated IWMS but not so easy to deploy or use.

So its intelligent to make a choice based on “what you NEED?” and NOT based on “what you WANT?”.
